What a weekend at FCFC! October might be here, but the fantastic weather on Saturday brought sold-out sessions and plenty of smiles from all our kids.

What a weekend at FCFC! October might be here, but the fantastic weather on Saturday brought sold-out sessions and plenty of smiles from our kids and RDF coaches alike. Sometimes, it’s hard to tell who’s having more fun!

We’re also offering *two free sessions* for girls aged 4-12 on Saturday, October 12th, and Saturday, October 19th at Deansgate, 11 am. Whether you’re new to football or an experienced player, bring a friend and come down for some fun! With 14 teams from ages 3 and up, there’s a place for every girl to play at FCFC. Team News

U6 Team
The U6's had a tough match against a strong Warner team. Even though the game was a challenge, their bravery shone through with fantastic defending and goalkeeping. Oscar’s goal was the icing on the cake, and despite the scoreline, the smiles were there, reminding us what it's all about.

U7 Falcon Boys
The U7 Falcons faced a really strong Kingsway team, and though the boys were tested, they kept up the fight right until the final whistle. Well done, Falcons!

U9 Lion Boys
It was a real nail-biter for the Lions this week! The strong wind made the first half tricky, but the boys rallied in the second half, turning things around with a last-minute, brilliant team goal. Way to finish strong!

U10 Fire Boys
For the U10 Fire boys, it was their first Premiership game, and what a match! After giving away a penalty, they bounced back, dominating possession and pulling off a hard-earned win. Excellent job staying disciplined!

U10 Rocket Boys
The Rockets had a solid start with a fantastic long-range goal from Charlie M. Defensive play was top-notch, with players like Harry and Matthew earning special mentions. A well-deserved win, Rockets!

U13 Orange
In a closely fought game, the Oranges were edged out by MAGS Shalke in the dying minutes. Zak K was the Player of the Match for his tireless effort. Stay strong, team—the wins are on their way!

U13 Purple
Despite being a man down, the Purples put up an impressive fight against Aintree Ajax. They led 1-0 for much of the match, and even with only 10 players, they never gave up. Outstanding resilience!

U14 Barca Boys
The Barca Boys might have lost 2-0 to Woolton Genoa, but their improvement is clear. Playing with no substitutes and a non-regular keeper, they kept the pressure on. Keep it up, boys!

U14 Boys
A stunning 11-0 victory! They played a disciplined game against Forefield Rangers, showing off their skills and control. Tougher matches are on the horizon, but the boys are clearly up for the challenge.

U18 Boys
The U18 Boys scored big with a 9-3 win. Despite some defensive missteps, they dominated the game and could have scored even more with a bit of luck.

U8 Foxes Girls
The Foxes may have lost, but they’re growing stronger every week. This close game showed off their teamwork and resilience, and the girls should be proud.

U9 Tiger Girls
In a thrilling match, the Tigers fought hard to a 1-1 draw against Rainford Athletic. The midfield battle was intense, and both sides had their chances. Great job, Tigers!

U10 Panther Girls
The Panthers faced a challenging opponent but showed grit, equalizing once and continuing to battle throughout the match. Great improvement from last time!

U11 Raider Girls
The Raiders turned their game around after going down in the first half. Their determination paid off with a fantastic comeback win. A great confidence boost for the team!

U11 Rapid Girls
The Rapids started strong with a goal, but ultimately the Churchtown Jaguars took control. Even in defeat, the team showed great spirit, lifting their heads high for a team photo afterward.

U12 Phoenix Girls
A resounding 9-0 victory for the Phoenixes! Their teamwork and skill were on full display, playing beautifully and in great spirits. Well done, girls!

U13 Girls
The U13 Girls kicked off their winter league with a 1-0 win against a tough opponent. Holding onto the lead, they showcased their skills and grit. Great job, team!

U14 Girls
The U14s started their season strong with a 4-0 win. Their quick goals in the first half and solid defence led to a well-earned victory. Way to go, girls!

U18 Girls
A tough match for the U18 Girls this week as they suffered their first loss. Despite the scoreline, the team remains positive and ready for the next challenge. They’ll be back stronger!

Ladies First Team
The Ladies scored a fantastic 4-2 win over the University of Liverpool. They dominated the first half and held their ground in the second. Proud of this fantastic team effort!

Ladies 5-a-Side Tigers Team – Recruiting New Players!
The Tigers are unbeaten and had a stellar weekend with a 1-1 draw and a 4-0 victory. A big shoutout to Player Manager Nicki Magill for netting a hat-trick! The Tigers are now looking for new players to join their ranks. If you’re interested or know someone who might be, contact Nicki at 07720848470.
